Professional Training Experience:

Business Owner/Personal Trainer : Fit Chix Personal Training Orinda 

  • Owned and operated personal training business.  Conducted  boot camps to encourage strength gains through specified exercise movements.  Planned  training sessions and tracked and monitored results by performing regular assessments. Developed weight training and nutrition plans for figure athletes to help them reach optimal condition for competition.

Running Coach : Running Club 26.2 Bay Area                                                                 

  •  Coached & scheduled training runs for multi-level running group from beginning of training to marathon/half marathon completion. Mentored and motivated to ensure milestones were met and ultimate goal was achieved.

Track Coach/Strength Leader : Orinda Intermediate School/Miramonte HS                

  • Designed strength routines to increase core strength which resulted in stronger athletic performances. Ran with team and provided functional training feedback.
